Tiny but Mighty is a project of Human Kind Inc. We're building a supportive community of tiny homes to empower young adults with disabilities in Kansas City. Our mission is to provide affordable housing and essential services to help individuals thrive.

Our community model
Our community features a mix of container-style and foundation-based tiny homes, all designed to adhere to ADA-approved standards.
In our community model, young adults will have access to safe and affordable housing through two distinct phases: temporary and permanent housing communities.
